Check In:
I try my best to make check in as seamless as possible. Obviously if you are reading this you made it in! If you have more than 2 guests, there can be another FOB available if needed. Otherwise, to let people in, such as food delivery or guests, you will have to give them the buzzer code #019.

Check Out:
Check out is just as easy.... Please drop the key back to the key drop location before 11am.
If you are checking out earlier than 8am, you can leave the key on the kitchen counter and press lock on the door when leaving.
***PLEASE NOTE*** If you're planning to head out early and you're leaving the key on the kitchen counter, just a heads up that if your car is parked in the parkade, you'll need to move it out before you go. You'll need the FOB to get into the parkade and move your car. But if your car isn't parked in the parkade, then you're good to just leave as you normally would.

Convenient and secure underground parking

One free parking is available for you. The location of the parking unit can be difficult to find your first time, so please read carefully.
​
1. Enter the parkade on Abbott Street (across from the key pick up location)
​
2. Once you are in the parkade, head to the gate that goes down (residence parking) you must open the gate using the red button on the fob.
​
3. Head down the ramp and turn right (even though it says no right turn. Everyone does it!)
​
4. You will then turn right again to go down to P2
​
5. Follow that down and to the right again.
​
6. You will find the parking spot #319 near the door to the elevator.
​

Absolutely NO SMOKING in the apartment, or in common areas.

No parties or loud noise to disturb the neighbours.

Only people confirmed with the booking are allowed to stay.

Garbage & Recycling
Let's work together to keep our planet green by properly separating garbage from recycling. The garbage bin is conveniently located under the sink and cleaning supplies are nearby.
​
If you need to dispose of your garbage or recycling during your stay, you can find the garbage room on the main floor. Once on the main floor, go left, and it will be the first door on your right. Don't forget to bring your FOB to access the room as well as get back upstairs. Thank you for helping us maintain a sustainable environment.
